Alumni Endowment Fund

YOUR ENGAGEMENT WITH AND DEDICATION TO THE UNIVERSITY IS GREATLY APPRECIATED

AUA Alumni Scholarship Endowment Fund was established by the Class of ‘93 on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the cohort’s graduation in 2013. Since then, other classes have made contributions to this fun in succeeding reunions celebrating 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th and 25th anniversaries. Launched with an initial endowment of $35,000, the fund has grown to a market value of $234,460 as of July 31, 2021. To date the AUA Alumni Scholarship Endowment Fund has supported thirteen students with outstanding performance, as selected by the AUA Financial Aid Committee. With your gift to the AUA Alumni Scholarship Endowment Fund, that number could grow exponentially. Many more deserving students could become the recipients of this applauded scholarship! Many others will be able to follow in your footsteps and become leaders in their respective professions. Your generosity inspires them to also pay it forward to their University and continue to make an impact on the development of their country.

I am beyond grateful to have had the opportunity of studying at my dream university for already three years. You know, when I found out that I received a scholarship from AUA alumni, I was very much impressed. Our alumni value their education at AUA so much that they give back to it by supporting current students like me. I have big dreams and goals, and my confidence continues to rise thanks to the support of AUA alumni. I already can’t wait to share with you my achievements, to assure you that your investments were 100% effective. One day, I will also be a part of the alumni community, and I will do my best to support the next generation of AUA students to continue the cycle of giving.

I am genuinely grateful for the scholarship support. By awarding me the AUA Alumni Endowed Scholarship, you have significantly lightened my financial concerns, which allows me to work less and focus more on my main goal: specialization in data science. Your generosity plays a considerable role in building my future in the coming years. I hope that by achieving my dreams, I will empower other students with this example. My gratitude to you from all my family. Thank you for being an essential part of my future and for your continuous support to AUA students.

The AUA Alumni Endowed Scholarship has allowed me to fully concentrate on my studies, to put all my energy into performing at my best. Now I can fully focus on my classes and become one step closer to achieving my goals. I hope that one day I will also be able to assist struggling students in reaching their goals in higher education by helping them in the same way that AUA alumni did for me. Again, I want to thank you very much for your generosity!
